Nintendo vs Youtube

Youtubers like Joe Vargas have scripts, props, guests, effects, editing. All this requires time and money well above and beyond playing the game. This is his job and he deserves to get paid for it. Nintendo can’t steal revenue from magazines that review their titles. They can’t steal revenue from websites that do game reviews (including video reviews). Why is Youtube the exception? Joe has over 2 million subscribers, including me, so apparently Nintendo feels they have the right to take his ad revenue for reviewing their products.  And it's not just Joe's show. No one else in the industry behaves like this. Not even EA, who earned the tile of worst company in america two years running. Most embrace it because it's free advertising. it's goodwill in the market and Nintendo is shooting themselves in the foot.
